What can I say? Chloe and Chelsey’s wedding at Southampton Harbour Hotel was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the season and I’ve only just begun! (They definitely make it to the top 10 list of my favourite weddings of all time). From the moment I arrived, I just knew this would be a day to remember – two awesome brides, two stunning dresses, a spectacular wedding venue and believe it or not, great weather! (it actually felt like summer; and I was wearing sunscreen…!)

If you are looking for a unique wedding venue in Southampton, then the Harbour Hotel should be high on your list. The marina is a beautiful backdrop for photos, and it has a rather unique and beautiful staircase – us wedding photographers are always looking out for interesting features, so things like this stand out. From start to finish, inside and out, rain or shine, this place has everything you could want for a perfect and memorable day.

My heartfelt thanks go to Chloe and Chelsey for inviting me to be part of their wedding. I had so much fun photographing these two beautiful brides, and they made me laugh the whole day. It felt like I had know them for years, and it was a privileged to share this day with two genuinely wonderful people. Chloe, Chelsey, thank you so much for everything. I loved, loved, loved being part of your day and for me, it was over far too quickly. People like you are why I love my work. Your friends and family were so welcoming and immense fun to photograph. You made me cry with laughter, and I knew you would both shed a tear (Chelsey…!) during the ceremony. I hope to see you again soon.
