The Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, Muscat, Oman

One of the must-see locations on my visit to Oman was the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. A truly stunning example of Islamic architecture surrounded by beautiful gardens. Without doubt one of the most amazing pieces inside this beautiful building is the 2nd largest chandelier in the world hanging from the dome in the main prayer room – the chandelier is 14 meters high….!
